The short version: we collect only what we need to do the work,
we don’t sell it to anyone, and you can ask us to delete it
whenever you like.

WHO WE ARE
Dezaina Media, a design studio registered in South Africa.

WHAT WE COLLECT
- Contact details (name, email, phone) when you fill in a form,
book a service, or message us - Business information you share in intake forms
- Payment information — processed by PayFast or Stripe; we never
see or store your card details - Basic website analytics (pages visited, rough location) to
understand how the site is used
WHY WE COLLECT IT
To do the work you’ve hired us for, to respond when you contact
us, to invoice you, and to improve the website. That’s it.
WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
Nobody, except the services we need to operate: our payment
processors (PayFast, Stripe), our email provider, and our hosting.
We don’t sell, rent, or trade your information. Ever.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Client records: as long as required by SA tax law (5 years for
financial records). Enquiries that don’t become projects: up to
12 months, then deleted.
YOUR RIGHTS (UNDER POPIA)
You can ask us at any time to:
- Show you what information we hold about you
- Correct it
- Delete it (where the law allows)
Email hello@dezaina.co.za and we’ll handle it within a
reasonable time.
COOKIES
The site uses basic cookies for analytics and to make the
shop work (your cart needs to remember what’s in it). No
creepy tracking.
COMPLAINTS
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information,
contact us first — we’ll fix it. You also have the right to
complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa
(inforegulator.org.za).
